This policy applies to purchases from Lumivants, operated by Yiwu Tuowei Technology Co., Ltd.
30-day return request window
Email service@lumivants.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Include your order number, the item and your reason. Contact us before sending a parcel so we can provide return instructions and match the parcel to your request.
Condition and eligibility
For a change-of-mind return, items should be unused, in the condition received, and include the original packaging and any supplied components where reasonably possible. Keep your order confirmation or other purchase evidence. We assess items individually; this does not limit rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

- Email your request and order details within the window.
- Follow the return instructions we provide and package the item securely.
- Send it to the company return address below and retain shipping evidence and tracking where available.

This is an international return address. Consider the shipping cost before ordering or arranging a preference return. We do not advertise a US return warehouse.
Who pays return shipping?
For personal preference, change of mind or choosing an unsuitable item, the buyer pays return shipping. Shipping charges already incurred are not ordinarily refunded for preference returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact us with details and photographs where possible; we review the circumstances and arrange an appropriate remedy and shipping responsibility. Do not discard damaged packaging while the case is being reviewed.
Refund timing and method
After the returned item arrives, we inspect it and process an approved refund within 10 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method. We notify you of approval or any issue. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. If you have not received an update after that period, email us.
Exchanges and cancellations
Contact us about an exchange before sending anything back. Availability and any price difference must be confirmed. For cancellation, email promptly before dispatch; we review the order stage and cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment has progressed. If it has shipped, the return process may apply.
Consumer rights
This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer rights available under the laws that apply to you, including remedies for goods that are defective or not as described.
