Lumivants is operated by Yiwu Tuowei Technology Co., Ltd. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases through it. Read them alongside our Shipping, Return and Privacy policies. Luo Wenshui is identified as Owner for business contact purposes.

Using the website

Provide accurate contact, payment and shipping information, and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with the site, misuse another person’s account, submit malicious content or attempt unauthorized access. Keep account credentials confidential and contact us about suspected unauthorized use.

Products and imagery

Review the description of the selected item before purchasing. Original AI-generated product and lifestyle illustrations communicate proposed designs and settings; they are not photographs of inspected stock. Background props are not included unless the product description expressly says so. Do not infer materials, dimensions, quantities, certifications, load limits or waterproof ratings from imagery. Contact us for missing information essential to your purchase. Accessories are not represented as rescue equipment.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD. Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us appear at checkout. The discounted merchandise subtotal determines the free standard shipping threshold. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error and will contact you about an affected order; any cancellation or change will respect applicable rights and any payment due back.

Orders and cancellation

An order confirmation records that an order was received. Fulfillment depends on payment confirmation, required information and product availability. If we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you about the available resolution, including a refund where applicable. Email promptly to request a change or cancellation. Once dispatch has progressed, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Delivery and returns

Read the Shipping Policy for destinations, fees and timing. Preparation and carrier transport are separate stages; standard planning is 15–25 business days combined. Estimated dates are not guarantees. The Return Policy explains the 30-day request window, return address, shipping responsibilities and refund process.

Outdoor use

Select items for the actual conditions and follow supplied product instructions and your rafting operator’s directions. Ordinary storage, carry and comfort accessories do not replace approved personal safety equipment, training or supervision. Do not use organizing or carry straps as body tethers or rescue lines. Do not rely on an unverified image as a safety instruction.

Content and third parties

Website text, brand artwork and original content are owned by us or used with permission. Personal browsing does not grant a right to reproduce them commercially. Third-party links and services have their own terms; review them before use. Shopify provides the commerce platform.
